Easy, fresh, fruity, non-alcoholic Christmas mocktail and it’s ready in under 10 minutes! Who says you can’t have everything you want?
Another Christmas recipe just dropped..and here she is: Raspberry, Pear & Orange Sparkling Mocktail! I promised you that this year’s Christmas recipes would be easy, stress-free, and designed to keep you from turning into an overworked holiday zombie and without a doubt, I’m keeping that promise.
Christmas drinks are usually alcoholic, but I wanted to keep this one non-alcoholic so it’s enjoyable for everyone, kids, non-drinkers, designated drivers, anyone heading into a mindful Dry January, you name it. Plus, you won’t have drunk guests with embarrassing things and stuff they did or said circulating on social media the next day lool.
This mocktail is so simple and easy to assemble that you won’t stress over a thing. Just bring everything together right before serving and you’re good to go. It’s light, fresh, fruity, and the perfect little refresher between your Christmas appetizer and main course. Best part? No running around like a headless chicken, no splurging on expensive alcohol, and no complicated steps.
So keep this recipe handy along with the Jalapeño Bombers Pinwheels (Christmas appetizer) recipe, and keep your eyes peeled for the Christmas dessert and main dish coming soon. Share this recipe with anyone who deserves a stress-free Christmas dinner or party, and don’t forget to post it on social media with @saffronandsunday and tag me if you’ve made it! Raspberry, Pear & Orange Sparkling Mocktail
Ingredients
- 40 g Raspberry Confiture/Jam good quality confiture/jam makes all the difference
- Splash Hot Water
- 140 ml Pear Juice
- 60 ml Orange Juice
- 60 ml Sparkling Water or 7up/Sprite
- Ice Cubes
Topping (Optional)
- Raspberries dusted with Powdered Sugar/Icing Sugar
Instructions
- I used store-bought pear and orange juice for this recipe, but you can also make your own. For fresh orange juice, cut the orange in half, juice it, and strain for a smooth, pulp free juice. For fresh pear juice, peel, core, and roughly chop the pear, then blend it with a splash of water and strain.
- In a small bowl, add the raspberry confiture. Add a splash of hot water to loosen it, then whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the raspberry confiture equally into the bottom of your serving glass and add ice cubes to the glass.
- Pour in the pear juice, followed by the orange juice, and finish with sparkling water.
- Optional garnish: Make a small slit at the bottom of each raspberry with a sharp knife. Dust lightly with powdered sugar and place 1–2 raspberries on the rim of each glass.
- Serve with a small mixing spoon or stir stick so guests can mix the drink before drinking. Enjoy!
